Spectra Innovations Pte Ltd was founded in San Jose, USA in 1989 and Singapore in the year 1999. Founding member, Prasad and Kanwal Sahney, both former senior management executives at Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 500 NYSE public listed company. Kanwal Sahney served as the Managing Director of Spectra Innovations Pte Ltd since April 2005. With over 25 years of experience in business development, operations, and management in the IT industry, Mr. Sahney bought a wealth f knowledge and expertise to the organization. Mr. Sahney is a graduate of the University of Delhi, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in science. Mr. Sahney began his managerial career in 1981 in Singapore, initially with an International Procurement Office (IPO) and later with American Components, where he served as the Managing Director. In 1997, he assumed the role of Managing Director at ERI Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Electronic Resources Limited (ERL), a publicly listed company in Singapore. ERI was subsequently renamed Ingram Micro South Asia in July 1999 following Ingram Micro's acquisition of ERL in February 1999. Spectra Innovations Pte Ltd has a rich history dating back to its inception in 1989. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company has become a trusted name in the IT industry.
